The theme is Star Wars takes over Earth.
This is the first photo I did for the project. I cut out the stormtroopers from their scene, and pasted them into a new scene. I just used the burn tool to make the shadows.
I pasted in the storm troopers helmets onto the motocross racers. I used percise eraser tool and changed saturation and brightness to make it blend in with the photo.
I pasted some tie fighters and an imperial shuttle into the toronto skyline photo.
Again I pasted an AT-AT and an At-St into the streets with a protest going on. I changed saturation and brightness. I erased the bottom parts of the legs to make it look like its behind some people.
For this photo I pasted a sith hood onto the previous pope and made his face darker with the burn tool to make it look like its darker inside the hood. I then used the paintbrush and added a blue outerglow to make the lightning effect.
I pasted a photo of the death star and turned down to the opacity to make it look distant and outside the atmoshpere. For the green laser I used line tool with a green outer glow effect. I then used the lense flare effect to make an explosion.
I pasted a photo of an imperial logo on a red surface. I added a texture to make it look like a flag. I then used transform tool to make it look like its waving in the wind. I copied and pasted the photo and made it completely black, made outsides blured, and turned the opacity down to make it look like a shadow.
I pasted a photo of the death star in a starry sky picture, turned the brightness up, and added a paintbrush spot around it to make it look like its glowing.
I pasted a photo of darth vader. I used clone stamp tool to get rid of the other guy shaking obama’s hand and made his face into a wall instead.
This is my favourite photo. For the explosion effects I pasted in explosion photo’s, turned up the brightness and used an eraser with a blurred edge to make the explosion edge more realistic. For the green lasers I used a line tool with a green outer glow. I also copied a missle into the photo heading for the star destroyer from a boat. I used a light grey brush tool to make exaust from the missle. For the fighter jet i pasted in a photo of an f-18 and used the motion blur tool to make it look like its flying fast.
